You asked for it! We are eager to announce that SD will be debuting a new event format for the 14th Annual Connecting with Customers (CwC) next year. For those of you who have not attended, CwC is SD’s annual technical training and customer appreciation event. CwC Austin is going to be packed with industry updates, continuing education, product training, and of course a preview of our latest innovations.
So what’s new this year? We have all new topics on the agenda, including first-hand testimonials from customers, interactive panel discussions with industry partners, and certified cyber security training. We are excited to announce our guest speaker Kevin Mitnick, the world’s most famous hacker. Kevin was once on the FBI’s most wanted list, and is now a trusted security consultant to businesses and governments worldwide. His presentations have been called “technology magic shows” – we can’t wait to see what he has in store for us in Austin! In addition, Inmarsat has signed up as our first Platinum sponsor, and are looking forward to welcoming Rupert Pearce, CEO, to present.
Of course there will also be plenty of time to network and connect with colleagues. After all, building and maintaining relationships at the event are just as significant as the training and educational sessions.
