The SD Entry into Service (EIS) team has adapted its processes in order to continue serving and supporting new and existing customers, while remaining in accordance with social distancing guidelines and new regulations due to COVID-19.
We were proud to host a US Government Agency at the SD Hangar for an (EIS) visit to support the delivery of their new aircraft, which is fully equipped with SD Hardware and Services.,. Split into groups for in-depth reviews and contactless training throughout the day, the teams covered troubleshooting basics and service demonstrations, including the SD Cabin App and SD Pro®.
