AIN Publication’s annual Product Support Survey results are in. This year, SD ranked #1 again in Cabin Electronics overall product reliability. “Satcom Direct tops the charts again, climbing to 8.5, the highest overall average rating for any company in the avionics survey.”
Kudos to our technical support team who always go above and beyond to get the job done. Although the results are satisfying, we know that there is more work to be done.
