We thank all of you who contributed to our high placing in this year’s Flight Deck Avionics and Cabin Electronics product support survey published in the August edition of the prestigious Aviation International News magazine.
For the sixth year in a row we ranked first for overall customer service provision. Our team also scored an impressive 9.4 for our AOG response time, 9.1 for our technical reps and 8.5 for product reliability, the leading scores in each category. In an age when connectivity is deemed a pre-requisite for flight, this highlights the importance we give to positioning the needs of our customers at the center of everything we do.
The independent annual survey asks industry peers to evaluate and rate product support. Knowing that our colleagues and customers value our continued dedication to meeting and exceeding their expectations makes us extremely proud. It also inspires us to continue providing the best user experience possible as we continue to raise the bar, develop new services and continually improve the levels and consistency of our service.
